Work is under way to construct Refugio Romero, a luxury boutique lodge within the Manu National Park. Like the Manu Learning Centre, this beautiful resort will be built and run using the most advanced sustainable practices.

Visitors will travel to Romero either by boat (approx. one day down river from the MLC and two days up river from Puerto Maldonado) or by air from Cusco to Boca Manu airfield (takes just under an hour).
